Information exchanges

As part of the Maritime HR Association, members are able to participate in regular short surveys and reports on topical HR matters within the maritime industry.

This is a key benefit of the Association, providing members with the ability to exchange information, identify common practice in the shipping industry and review organisational competitiveness, while remaining completely anonymous.

We are always open to suggestions from members for future information exchange topics which may assist them with internal projects or may just be a topic of interest.
