Members of the Maritime HR Association are invited to attend our annual two day conference in London.
This conference is the largest gathering of maritime HR professionals who represent some of the biggest shipowners and shipmanagers from across the globe.
The conference agenda contains a mix of industry-renowned speakers, interactive sessions and member case studies. We encourage member participation wherever possible to enable idea sharing and increase value to the delegates.
The conference is a huge benefit to members allowing them to network with each other and discuss HR issues in a maritime context.
In 2016 we welcomed 95 delegates from a record 19 countries with over 65 companies represented. Topics included maritime economics, shipping industry trends, leadership, performance management, attraction, retention, fair transport and personality profiling.
